Ad hoc Support

Ad hoc Support

Ad Hoc support services allow businesses to utilise Avantgarde resources to perform small tasks that do not require adherence to a project lifecycle. For customers that do not have a block hour agreement or managed service contract with Avantgarde, it allows customers to utilise our service at our Ad-Hoc consultancy rate (see Standard Terms and Conditions).


We generally recommend that customers engage with us under a contract (such as a fixed price project, block hours or a managed service contract), as this will provide a better hourly rate; however, there are times when this is not possible, and customers "just need it done", such as "emergency break fix".


There is no scope of work associated with Ad Hoc support, and all work is completed on a "do and charge" basis.
