For a complete review of a customer's ICT environment, we offer an ICT General Controls audit that primarily focuses on the technological controls surrounding the cybersecurity of information technology platforms. Our ICT General Controls audit contains 34 audit items, ranging from Network Security, ICT Governance, Management of Technical Vulnerabilities, Physical site audits, ICT Cyber Security controls in place, Backup and Disaster Recovery infrastructure and much more. For each of the 34 audit items, we provide an executive summary, a risk score against a corporate risk matrix, detailed findings and recommendations. We also provide businesses with a prioritised program of works based on risk scores, along with estimated hours to complete each task, so companies can create a multi-year plan to address gaps in their strategic plans.

We have developed our ICT General Controls Audit based on more than 10 years of experience conducting ICT General Controls Audits and continually update the assessment items to keep pace with changes in technology and cybersecurity frameworks. A typical ICT General Controls audit document is 100-250 pages (based on findings) and is set out so an executive can speed-read the summary sections for each audit item and the prioritised project list.
