Projects are scoped as fixed price or time and materials, and follow a project lifecycle that begins with a discovery, consultation, and design period and follows through to the proposal, implementation, handover, and lessons learned.

Engagements with Avantgarde’s Project Services are complex pieces of work that require careful planning and design work.

On completion, projects are handed over with the best "As Built" documentation in the industry, which based on the scope generally include detailed screenshots of every configuration task completed.

Solutions deployed under Avantgarde Project Servcies are generally handed back over to the internal IT department with a handover and training session, or get transfered under Avantgarde to manage/maintain under a managed service agreement.
